You may have the question on the tip of your tongue: “If you know how to be an alpha man, than you must have been one; so, were you an alpha man?” My answer is: Yes, I was an active alpha man from my mid thirties to my mid sixties, stage of my life when I was actively engaged in business and in many other pleasurable things in life. I’m no longer actively in business, but I am still an alpha man as far as success and relationship are concerned, with everyone who is around me in my private world .
You’re intelligent, so what else can you do to become an alpha man?
First thing: you must forge your character and mold your traits. How do you do that? You must force yourself to assume absolute control of all your emotions. This is not an easy thing to do but it can be done. You have to set aside some time exclusively for that, preferably when you’re alone and can’t be interrupted. Remember: this is the cornerstone over which you will build the great personality required to achieve your goal. You must train yourself very hard to be extremely objective, well humored and kind to everyone around you, but always showing a firmness that will make everybody feel good in your presence, but at the same time getting the whiff that you are busy and have no time to waste on small talk and any other type of subjects which are not directly relevant to the task you are performing at that time.
You can’t act like a stuck up person. You have to let them know you care about them.
A nice, discrete smile and a friendly face go long ways to start making people start liking you.They have to like you and admire you, but your actions must be such that they will not assume a feeling of “buddy-buddy” with you. It’s hard to explain that, it would be like letting they feel your charisma and realize that they are important to you, but right now you have things to do that can’t be postponed so you must go. Don’t shut them off: let them now that you will get back with them as soon as possible. When you have a couple of minutes, do call them into your office or go to their work posts and ask them what can you do to help them.
That look and killer smile that captivates men and melts women. How do you get them?
The secret to have them resides deep in your mind. Your training and meditation, when done properly, will develop in you that self control that allows you to always have a ‘command’ of all actions, yours and everybody else’s, and feeling secure and positive will have a ‘crescendo’ and cumulative effect that goes like this: the more you act in a proper, discrete, kind, and professional way, the more the people who surround you will admire you, like you, and respect you. In the end you will become the model to be followed.
What you MUST NOT do if you’re shooting to become an alpha man.
You must not take advantage of the success you will have with men and women alike to have them do tasks for you which they aren’t supposed to do, even if they volunteer to do them. And ABSOLUTELY do not show special attention to females who work with you, in or around the working place. You may treat them just as nice as you treat the man colleagues, and not more.Women will come on to you, but you must ‘leak out’ graciously but convincingly. Letting yourself get ‘charmed’ by their looks and little schemes will cause you to gradually lose the status of alpha man and become a ‘regular’ man. That’s not saying you cannot get involved with women, but you must try not to get involved with the ones who are your co-workers. When you are a real alpha man you will have all kinds of women chasing after you, because alpha man exert a profound attraction over the great majority of women. If you follow these advices you will feel gratified and glad of all the hard training and deprivations you had to endure to mold your mind and your character to achieve that. Also, FANTASTIC rewards!
